Galvanizing And Galvalume – Refractory Lining
CONTINOUS GALVANIZING LINE (CGL):

We construct furnaces in Galvanizing Line used for the purpose of CR strip heating inside furnace provided by oxidized direct heating.

We provide refractory lining for pre heat tunnel, top deflector roll, pre heating furnace, turn roll, oxidized direct heating, radiant tube heating, soaking zone (Vertical/horizontal both), SCH zone cooling zone, calm zone and HBR (Hot Briddle Roll), Recuperator Zone and snout for strip dropping in zinc pot
Ceramic Pot: It is used for melting the Zinc. We provide refractory lining of Bricks, Castable Casting etc. With the help of the brick refractory lining the melting procedure is carried out without the use of steel pots. These pots are called as GI ceramic pot.
